I discovered the most amazing thing at the store this week. Have you ever really wanted a low carb sandwich, but were tired of lettuce wraps? How about a cheese wrap! Folios Cheese Wraps are the best thing to happen to low carb sandwiches since lettuce. There are three flavors – Jalrlsberg, Parmesan and Cheddar. Whip up any of these Low Carb Folios Sandwich Wraps for a quick weekday lunch.

Low Carb Folios Sandwich Wraps with Tessemae's Mayonnaise

The Folios Wraps

I made two sandwiches – one with a cheddar wrap and one with the Jarlsberg wrap. The Jarlsberg seemed to be the most pliable, and worked really well for this recipe. The cheddar wrap had more of a tendency to tear a little at the edges. Regardless, both were delicious, and I can’t wait to make more recipes with them.

Cheddar Low Carb Folios Sandwich Wraps

Jarlsberg Ham Low Carb Sandwich Wrap

This wrap has a tasty combination of Jarlsberg, Ham, Tessemae's mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.

Total Time 10 minutes
Servings 1 wrap
Calories 375 kcal

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Jarlsberg Folios cheese wrap
  • 2 oz smoked ham Hormel Cherrywood preferred
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise Tessemae's preferred
  • 2 small tomatoes sliced
  • 1 leaf Romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Lay out one Jarlsberg wrap. Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on the wrap. Lay the ham, lettuce and tomato inside the wrap. Roll and serve! 

  2. Serve alongside a small side salad or pork rinds.

Cheddar Turkey Low Carb Folios Sandwich Wrap

Enjoy a quick and easy low carb sandwich wrap of cheddar, turkey, tomato, lettuce, avocado and Tessemae's ranch.

Total Time 10 minutes
Servings 1 wrap
Calories 475 kcal

Ingredients

  • 1 whole cheddar Folios wrap
  • 2 oz smoked sliced turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp ranch Tessemae's preferred
  • 2 oz Avocado sliced
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 leafs Romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Lay out the cheddar Folios wrap. Spread the ranch on the inside of the wrap. Lay the turkey out in the wrap, followed by the lettuce, tomato and avocado. Roll the wrap and serve!

  2. Serve alongside a small side salad or pork rinds.
