Whip up this easy Tzatziki Sauce in minutes. It’s perfect for a weeknight meal, and compliments veal, lamb and pork. This recipe is ready in less than ten minutes, and adds plenty of zip to your dish.

Easy Tzatziki Sauce

Tzatziki Sauce

This sauce is made with fresh English cucumber – the long skinny ones that usually come wrapped in saran. It is important to wring out the chopped up cucumber really well in a kitchen towel (or lots of paper towels) to get rid of excess water before mixing it in.

Tzatziki compliments lamb meatballs, chicken, pita bread and veggies well. It’s especially tasty with spicy dishes!
